What is The Oz Effect
It’s that moment when something shifts.

The name comes from a moment in The Wizard of Oz movie when Dorothy opens the door, and everything turns from black and white to full, vivid color.
That’s what presence feels like after disconnection: it doesn’t fix everything, but suddenly, there’s life again. Color again. You again.
